a) Overview: Definitions. Object of the contract. Price and payment. Duration. Termination of the contract. Aplicable law and respective Jurisdiction (La Plata)

b) Annex 1 – Confidentiality Agreement

c) Annex 2 – Working plan: Generating specification documents which include definition of technology, tools and definition of deliverable products.

3- Functional Analysis

a) Own: Team BST

b) Expanded: the team of specialists joined BST depending on the thematic of the project

4- Definition of the document scope

5- Assembly of prototype and use cases

6- Applications design

7- Implementation

8- Testing

a) For modules

9- Deliver to the customer and approval.

10- Warranty and Technical Support

a) Normal: three months

b) Extend: to defining

11- Training

a) Normal: 4 sessions of 2 hours, if included in the contract

b) Extend: Depending on the project

12- Maintenance
